Shipping policy
Order Processing Times:
Our team processes orders M-F, except on holidays. Orders are processed generally within 1-3 business days of receipt, from our warehouse. During high volume order periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to East and West Malaysia only. If your country is not listed here, please contact us at friendsoftomotea@gmail.com. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs for domestic (MY) orders are reflected at checkout. For international orders, shipping costs do not include any import duties and taxes you may incur.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at friendsoftomotea@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at friendsoftomotea@gmail.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
